Are your teas organic?
We prioritize quality, sustainability, and ethical sourcing across the board. We source organic ingredients whenever possible, and most of our blends are organic. Ingredient profiles are listed on each blend’s product page.
Where do you source your tea?
We source our tea and tisanes from some of the finest producers around the world. Sourcing locations vary depending on the ingredients in the blend.
What’s the best way to brew your tea?
Each blend is unique, so the brewing instructions may vary. Please refer to the specific blend’s product page for detailed instructions, including temperature, time, and amount.
How should I store my tea?
Keep your tea in a cool, dry place, away from light and moisture.
How long does your tea stay fresh?
While tea doesn’t spoil in the traditional sense, its fragrance and flavor do fade with time. We recommend enjoying your Forgrave blends within a year of purchase—and within a few months once opened.

Can I serve Forgrave tea in my café or studio?
Absolutely. We offer bulk pricing and custom collaborations for cafés, wellness spaces, salons, and creative studios.
ORDERS
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. We are happy to offer expedited shipping options if you’d like to receive your package sooner.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet—but we’re working on it. For now, we ship within the U.S., but international shipping is on our horizon as we grow. In the meantime, sign up for our newsletter for updates on when (and where) our world expands.
Can I modify or cancel my order?

What’s your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened tea. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it.
Check with neighbors or your local post office first—sometimes packages get tucked away. Still no luck? Email us and we’ll assist.
