Founder and ITMA Certified Tea Sommelier Catherine Hicks Cosgrove has long been drawn to the way tea can transport us—to distant places, cherished memories, or moments of reflection and inspiration. With a background spanning art history, fragrance, and hospitality, she approaches tea as both a sensory experience and a cultural ritual.
