A comforting twist on a classic, this herbal tea blend combines the mellow sweetness of chamomile with the subtle spice of ginger. It’s soothing with a kick — the perfect sip for settling the body and enlivening the spirit.

brewing Instructions
Infuse 1 tsp per 8 oz of water at 212ºF/100ºC. Steep for 5–10 minutes. Provides 2 infusions.
Cold Brew: 1 tsp tea per 8 oz cold, filtered water. Refrigerate 6–12 hours, then strain.
Sun Tea: 1 tsp tea per 8 oz water in a clear glass jar. Steep in direct sunlight 2–4 hours, then strain and chill.
Flash Brew: 1 tsp tea per 8 oz just-boiled water. Steep 2–5 minutes, then pour over an equal amount of ice to make it cold.
