Refresh and unwind with this soothing blend of cooling peppermint and gentle spearmint, layered with crisp lemongrass, calming chamomile, and earthy sage. Caffeine-free and perfect for any time of day, this atmospheric tisane helps bring you back to your center.

brewing Instructions

Hot

Infuse 2 tsp per 8 oz of water at 195ºF/90ºC. Steep for 5-10 minutes. Provides 1-2 infusions.

Cold

Cold Brew: 1 tsp tea per 8 oz cold, filtered water. Refrigerate 6–12 hours, then strain.

Sun Tea: 1 tsp tea per 8 oz water in a clear glass jar. Steep in direct sunlight 2–4 hours, then strain and chill.

Flash Brew: 1 tsp tea per 8 oz just-boiled water. Steep 2–5 minutes, then pour over an equal amount of ice to make it cold.
